Ret. Master Sgt. David C. Taylor, 75, of Salisbury passed away Friday, August 4, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. Born February 13, 1948 in Salisbury he was the son of the late Richard and Tillie Taylor.
David served 24 years in the United States Air Force where in 1969 he met his wife Carmen while stationed in Spain. He enjoyed playing racquetball and competed in many matches both domestic and overseas, and also enjoyed running. He was a family man and especially enjoyed his thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandson.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carmen; three sons, David Lee, Mike, and Chris; daughter, Jennifer and their spouses; fourteen grandchildren; his brother, Bob and wife Julia; and several nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, interment with military honors will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 at 2pm at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Eastern Shore 6827 East New Market Ellwood Rd, Hurlock, MD 21643.
