Mary,
So sorry to hear of Russell’s death.  You were so good to him and to Charlotte; I know she appreciated all your help.

My Dad, Bob Westermann,died in June of 2021 and my mom , Cecily, moved into a senior living facility.

Know that you’ll be in my prayers.

Our sympathy goes out to Mary and all of his remaining family.  I played with Russel many times growing up as a kid at his Grandma and Grandpa Foerste's home.  He loved to play wiffle ball and pretended to be Mike Shannon, his favorite St. Louis baseball player back in the 1960s.  We took many a bike ride through the village of Addieville, IL, and we would stop at the little market in town and get either a candy bar, popsicle or a glass bottled cold soda.  Sometimes. I would stay for supper, but not often.  He seemed to be a happy kid back then when we played together.  I'm sorry that he died so young.
