Betty and her husband, Eldon, were Foster Parents for 23 children.
Services: Visitation at Kriegshauser West, 9450 Olive Blvd., on Friday, December 15, from 1:00 pm until time of service at 4:00 pm. A repast will be held immediately following the service.
