Carmen was born and raised Santurce, Puerto Rico and graduated from Central High School, class of 1956.
She is survived by her husband, Rafael Jimenez-Avila , her son Ruby and daughter Dayra.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 10AM at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 1285 St. John Pkwy. St Johns, FL 32259.
