Ed was wonderful to work with over the many years. He will be missed.

Lana,  We were so sad to hear of Ed's passing. My company worked with Ed over many years.  I always enjoyed working with him and would occasionally run into him at the local grocery store. It's been a pleasure to know Ed throughout the years from when our boys played soccer together to Ed coming to the rescue more than once of a grateful non-techie back in the 90s.  Although I haven't seen him in years, I won't forget him. Love to you Lana and the boys.

I want to express how empty it feels not seeing Ed at work.  I would tease him for being so "black & white" - no grey. We shared a relationship of "razzing" each other. I'd say "don't you know I love you Ed?" He would say "I don't love you."  I'd say, "I'm going to leave you alone, because I'm gone tomorrow."  He would say "It's going to be the best day of my life." ha ha Thinking about it makes me smile, but I'm so sad he's not here to keep doing it.  I wish you all peace and comfort.

I was saddened to hear of Ed's passing.  At work he was very diligent and reliable, but he and I had a special relationship surrounding our love for authentic Chinese food which we enjoyed often. My sincere condolences to his family and all of his co-workers.  We all loved Ed.

Hi Lana.... I have known Ed for 6 years.. He is one of my favorite people here.. I have been picking up his lunch every Friday for about 5 of those years... Chipotle Carnitas or Togo's # 9 with plain chips.... He randomly left me breakfast treats on my desk ( I think he knew when I was dieting and was sabotaging me lol ) and yes I too was one of them to "try new things" ... I miss him so much and cant believe he's gone.. my heart has a little space missing and I wish you nothing but comfort in peace knowing Ed was such a great man and friend. Prayers to you and the family~

It takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but it takes an entire lifetime to forget them.  My thoughts are with you forever.

Ed and I have worked together for over 20 years and because our children are all the same age we often talked about family.  I remember our discussions about our parents, soccer, learning permits, drivers licenses, children's fender benders, car insurance costs, college, red envelopes, home grown Asian pears, theater (I never wanted to go however he invited us to join all of you to see Wicked which we really enjoyed), the crazy foods that he always wanted me to try and finally our children's weddings.  
He was a man of great integrity, with an incredible work ethic and someone to look up to but most important my friend.  I deeply miss seeing and exchanging our daily "Good Morning" greeting and just having a conversation and laughing with him.
