Sheila Smith Neely, 65, of Marietta, GA passed away on February 14, 2012. Sheila graduated from the St. Thomas Hospital School of Nursing in Akron, Ohio. She moved to Atlanta in 1975 where she earned a Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from Georgia State University and was employed by the Wellstar Health System. Sheila is predeceased by her parents, Robert J. Smith, MD., Ruth Carlin Smith and sister, Carole A. Smith. She is survived by her brother, Robert J. Smith; sisters, Maureen (Joseph) Rieser, Nancy (Jeffery) Stafford, Therese (Jeffrey) Lammert; 2 nephews, 2 nieces and 3 great nieces. A memorial service will be held for Sheila at Roswell Funeral Home on Monday, February 20 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
