David John Guth

David was born in Rockford, Illinois and had a degree in forestry and business from the University of Montana in Missoula.

He was an enthusiastic mountain biker, skier, and traveler. He was incredibly skilled at building and had just finished lovingly remodeling his home.

David had a high acumen for business and ran his own company very successfully for many years.

David’s greatest joy was his two kids, Collin (20) and Nicole (17). He never stopped working to make their world brighter and to instill in them a sense of integrity and direction. He was so proud of them both.

He had wonderful friends near and far that made his life so rich.

Dave will be so missed by his friends and his family.

In addition to Collin and Nicole, David is survived by his sisters, Debbie Fisher (Patrick) and Barbara Guth (Tom Wedes), his niece, Bella Wedes, his cousin Valerie Boyd (Geoff) and his uncle, David E. Guth (Pamela) on his father’s side, and many Hart cousins, aunts, and uncles on his mother’s side. He is predeceased by his darling parents, Billie and Randy Guth.

Initially the family is holding a private service due to Covid, but will have a celebration of his life as soon as circumstances allow.
