James Gerald Dunn, age 83, of Eastpointe, MI., passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at his home. James was born July 10, 1938, in Detroit to Floyd & Ella Dunn. He married Marilyn Irene (Bobzin) on July 7, 1962, in Detroit.
James is survived by his wife, Marilyn, children; Richard Dunn, Kathleen (Mike Hatfield) Roehl, John (Patricia) Dunn & Jennifer (Corey) Peck and his grandchildren; Kirstie, Amanda, Thomas, Christopher, Alexander, Hannah & Maggie. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Dunn his son, and his brother William Currie.
James served in the United States Army. He loved all animals especially his dog Ginger.

A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 10:00 AM Instate at 9:30 at St Veronica Catholic Church, 21440 Universal Ave., Eastpointe, MI 48021. Burial following services at Resurrection Cemetery.
