William “Bill” A. Scruggs, age 20, of Roseville passed away March 18, 2019. Beloved son of Jody Scruggs and stepson of John Pelt. Loving brother of Mike (Anjalise) Santi, James Donald Scruggs and Allison Scruggs and stepbrother of Kelsi Pelt, Matthew Pelt and Nichole Pelt. Dear grandson of Gwyn “Grandma Penny” (Gary) Appelt. Bill is predeceased by his father, James Scruggs; his brother, James Alexander Scruggs and his sister, Jordan Scruggs. Proud uncle of Melody Santi, Harmony Santi, Gracie Santi, Lucy Santi and Victoria Scruggs. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the family of William "Bill" Scruggs. Visitation will be Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 3pm until time of funeral service at 7pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Avenue, Roseville.
