Betty Jean (Kiernan) Mahoney

Betty Jean (Kiernan) Mahoney, age 92, of Mount Clemens, MI passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at her home. Betty was born January 10, 1931 to the late Bernard & Alice (Rhault) Kiernan, in Detroit, MI. She married Gerald Mahoney August 19, 1950 in Detroit. Gerald passed August 5, 2005.

Betty is survived by her children; Jane Mahoney, Robert (Carol) Mahoney, Patrick (Reni) Mahoney, Peggy (Mark) Toner, James (Terrie) Mahoney & Gerald (Cecille) Mahoney, her 14 grandchildren, her 18 great grandchildren, her 2 great great grandchildren and her brother Blaine (Peggy) Snyder.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband and the parents that raised her Minor & Eva McBurney; her brother Thomas Kiernan, her sister Delores Kiernan and her brother Kenwood Snyder.

For anyone wishing to honor Betty's life, there will be a gathering and committal service followed by her burial on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 11am at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Roseville, MI.
