A funeral service for Joyce will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Lambert Funeral Home, 400 Douglas Blvd, Roseville, CA 95678. A graveside service will occur Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road, Dixon, CA 95620.
