Elizabeth Ann Viola

Today we lost our wonderful and loving mother Betty Ann Calla Viola age 75 years old. She was born to Susanna Josephine and Joseph Calla on August 25, 1939 in Brooklyn New York. She grew up in Brooklyn and enjoyed going to the beach with her sisters Theresa and Maryanne and her cousin Franie. She met her husband Michael when she was 15 and they had 60 wonderful years together. Mom had an infectious laugh; when she laughed everyone laughed. She loved to travel and spend time with her family. She loved to shop at yard sales and thrift stores. She worked for Intel for 28 years and partially retired in 2001 and then she ran a successful EBay store up until her passing from ovarian cancer. She will be remembered and loved by all the lives she touched.

She was a loving and caring soul, she gave unselfishly to all she knew. She remembered everyone's special events and now will not be forgotten by those who loved her. She passed away gently Wednesday morning with the star of Bethlehem in the sky to lead her home to Jesus.

She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Michael. Her 6 children, daughters Debbie, Janet, Linda, Susie, Michele, and son Michael. Her Son's and Daughter's in law, Curtis, Christine, Chuck, Tommy, Mike, and Lisa. She is survived by her 10 grandchildren Nicole, Nicholas, Zachary, Kyle, Nathan, Austin, Kelly, Dakota, Michael, Tommy, and 5 great grandchildren Riley, Brady, Corrine, Benny and Kennedy, and her two sisters , Theresa and Maryanne. She was proceeded in death by her parents. Betty has many family members and friends that we know will always love and remember her throughout their lives.

The family would like to specially thank her cousin Franie for the time, love, and support she gave us with the care of our mother in this last year.

Viewing will be at Lamberts Funeral Home Tuesday July 7th 4-7pm with rosary at 6pm. Services will be at St Rose of Lima's Catholic church in Roseville July 8th at 10am followed by graveyard services at Roseville Cemetery at 11:30am. A family gathering will be held immediately following all services.
