Rosemary Cooper

Rosemary Cooper of Garfield, Arkansas went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior, along with all of her family members who were waiting on her at Heaven's Gate. Rosemary was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandma, granny, and great-granny. She was born on April 7, 1935 and passed away on February 15, 2024.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, Floyd Charles Cooper; in-laws, Orbin Charles Cooper and Alma Marie Cooper; two daughters, Connie Darlene "Con-Doodle" Elders, and Twilla "Twilly" Dawn Cooper McBryde; one son-in-law, Dennis Joe Trotter; her father, Ernest Fred Merrell; her mother, Maudie Dunham Merrell; three brothers, James Merrell, Bill Merrell, and George Merrell; and two sisters, Avis Rigsbee and Bonnie Waterman.

She is survived by: one sister, Fern Lutz of Rogers, AR; three daughters, Linda "Linner-ee" Trotter of Garfield, AR, Melinda "LeeLee" Chadwell (Rodney) of Garfield, AR, and Brenda "Brennie" Nakedhead (Leroy) of Bunch, OK; one son-in-law, Jr. Elders of Exeter, MO. She has seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Rosemary will always be remembered for her love of flowers and gardening, along with working her puzzle books, watching Judge Judy and Wheel of Fortune, and how special she made all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren feel.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 18th at 2:00pm at Benton County Memorial Park in Rogers, Arkansas.
