Matthew Jay Self-Phillips

Matthew was born June 12, 1986 to the late MArk and Patricia Self.

Matthew graduated from Paris High School and studied in Criminology. He loved his family and most of all being with his daughter.

Matthew is survived by his daughter Addalyn Grace Self of Joplin Missouri, two sister Amanda Blake and Melanie Self of Rogers, AR. and one brother Justin Self of Eureka Springs, AR. two brother in laws Aaron Washington of Rogers AR and Micheal Wilmoth of Rogers, AR. one sister in law Tiffany Phillips of Eureka Springs, AR. Grandmother Aloha Self of Rogers AR. , Phillip and Glenda Gaddis of Pea Ridge AR . He is also survived by one Uncle Timothy Gaddis of Centerton AR. and three Aunts Lisa Gaddis of Clarkston Michigan, Edith Rosado of Michigan and Lisa Gaddis of Centerton Ar. three nieces Abigail FOntenot of LAke Charles Louisiana, Taylor Blanchard of Rogers AR. McKinley Washington of Rogers AR. and two nephews Jerimiah Self of Rogers AR, and MArk Washington of Rogers AR. among many other friends and family,

Matthew is preceeded in death by his father Mark Eugene Self and mother Patricia Ann Self, Grandfather George P. Self and Grandmother Victoria A. Ramos.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers AR. services will be held Friday August 26, 2016 at 9 a.m at Mt.Pleasent Cemetary. All family and friends whom Matthew influenced are invited.
