Lawrence "Jerry" Sears

Lawrence William “Jerry” Sears, passed away on January 4, 2022. He was born October 1, 1933, in Waukegan, Illinois. He attended Waukegan Township High School and Illinois Wesleyan University. He was a veteran of the U.S Army where he proudly served. He was the son of the late Arthur J. Sears and Velma Mae (Best) Sears. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Corrine Kay DeNardis (Jack) and Patricia Ann Watson (Dennis).

He is survived by one son, David Arthur Sears and granddaughter, Jessica Emily Sears. He is also survived by two sisters, Judy McGuinness (Don) and Colleen Larsen (Al); his ex-wife, Sue Sears (Bowen); and a daughter-in-law, Stacy Sears; and many nieces, nephews, friends.

Jerry was a very outgoing guy who never met a stranger and had many friends.
