John Ayres

John Edward Ayres, 75, of Hindsville, passed away Friday April 15, in Fayetteville, he was born April 20, 1946 in Davenport, Iowa the son of George and Lily Wilmoth Ayres. John was a lifelong resident of the Northwest Arkansas area.

He is preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Ayres, parents, stepfather Joe Scannell, one son Johnny Ayres, one daughter Tammy Darlene, one brother Mike Scannell, one grandson Cody McGowen. John is survived by five sons, Steve Gilster of Baudette, Minnesota, Mike and wife Lisa Borgmeier of Bentonville, Scott and wife Helen Gilster of Argyle, Minnesota, Curt and wife Sherry Ayres of Hindsville, Joshua and wife Elisha Ayres of Washburn, Missouri, five daughters Cathy and husband Max Wall of Pineville, Missouri, Sherry and husband John Hernandez of Rogers, Linda and husband Randy Southwood of Springdale, Tammy Carnes of Little Rock, Donita Jascar of Mountainburg, two sisters Cathy Pain, Mary Scannell, twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces.Family will receive friends 11:00 am Saturday April 23, at Seligman Chamber Event Center 30284 State Hwy 37, Seligman, Mo. 65745
