Harold “Anthony” Williams Jr. began his amazing journey on September 5th, 1979, and completed his earthly voyage on January 21st, 2024. His wife, “pumpkin” and partner in life, Rebecca and sons, Sean Anthony and Deklan Knox remain to carry on his legacy. Anthony and Rebecca first met through her brother, Randy, who was one of Anthony’s best friends. Fast forward 15 years and Ant and Becca created a beautiful family that meant absolutely everything to him.
Anthony only knew one way to live. Full of energy, humor, and kindness. He never met a stranger, and his heart was open to everyone. He was the husband that men wanted to be, and the dad kids were drawn to. If you were lucky enough to have been his friend, you were his friend for life. And if you were family, you were everything.
He loved the Georgia Bulldogs, playing basketball with his boys and ice cream. His favorite meal was hamburger helper.
Anthony loved the outdoors and always had to be doing something. Biking, paintball, snowboarding, fishing, shooting, car shows, it didn’t really matter as long as he was with family or friends. He was the life of any gathering and used his humor to engage people. He loved quotes from movies and had a knack for using them, sometimes at the most inappropriate moments, but that was Anthony, and you couldn’t help but laugh and love him.
A few favorite Anthony-isms: “Going to the club”, “This place is a prison”, “I’m gonna burn this house down”
To know Anthony was to love Anthony. He always said, “I live my life a quarter mile at a time”
Rest easy now son, husband, father, brother, and friend.
