Alice Marie Garcia

On Saturday, April 15, 2023 beloved wife, mother and friend Alice Marie Shriber Garcia of Rogers passed away at the age of 53. Alice was born November 25, 1969, in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, to the late Arthur Maurice Shriber and Catherine Cingle Shriber. She was also preceded by a brother, Arthur Shriber. Although Mrs. Garcia was primarily a homemaker, she worked at a number of area restaurants and for Walmart, from which she retired. She enjoyed listening to music and watching classic television shows, but loved the times shared with her grandchildren and her family. Survivors include her loving husband of nearly 30 years, Pedro Garcia Sr; her daughter, Tanya Garcia (Jose Torres) of Rogers; 3 sons, Aaron Lazalde (Crystal) of Centerton, Pedro Garcia Jr and Oscar Avalos Jr both of Rogers; 3 sisters, Deborah Velasquez of Rogers, Cathy Shriber of Midland, Michigan and Pam Ropp (Jeff Ropp) Midland, Michigan; 1 brother, Mark Shriber (Terry Shriber) of Rogers; 6 grandchildren; numerous extended family members and dear friends. Services will be Wednesday, April 19, 2023 with Visitation beginning at 12 Noon, followed by her Funeral Service at 2:00 pm, all in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
