Norma Elise Owens

Norma Elise Owens, 78 of Melbourne, FL passed away on August 2, 2013 while surrounded by her loving family. Born in New York, NY to the late Cyril and Viola Mills, Norma served our Country with great honor with the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1955. Prior to moving to the Brevard County area in 2003 from Mount Holly, NJ Norma worked for Jamesway Department Stores as an Accountant for over 20 years.

Norma will be greatly missed by her husband of 58 years and Vurley D. Owens of Melbourne, FL;

Her children Paulette R. Owens of Waldorf, MD, Karl G. Owens of Melbourne, FL , Bernadette M. (William) Rozier of Tucson, AZ, Delane B. (LaTanya) Rouse of Alexandria, VA and Valerie G. Sills of Melbourne, FL,

and her grandchildren Tony Owens of Brooklyn, NY, Matthew Rozier of Vail, AZ, Aaron Rozier of Vail, AZ,

Rachel Rozier of Flagstaff, AZ, Breanna Owens of Melbourne, FL, Geffrey Sills of Melbourne, FL, Sydney Rouse of Alexandria, VA and Symone Rouse of Alexandria, VA.

A celebration of Norma’s life will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 2 PM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial 5950 South U.S Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955.
