Kenneth Howard Noah was born in Gibson Station, Virginia, on March 23, 1928. Kenneth attended Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. Following college, he became a school teacher and moved to Big Stone Gap, Virginia. He then moved to Brevard County, Florida, in 1957 and taught at Central Junior High School until his retirement in 1990.
Kenneth had many interests in life. He was devoted to his family and loved farming, golf and travel. Throughout his life he maintained an active interest in national and world events.
Kenneth is survived by Mary Lou Noah, his devoted wife of 43 years, his children Denis (Brenda), Jennifer Haney (Dan), Philip (Diane), Bruce Aycock (Sharon), Donald Aycock (Jeanne) and Brian Aycock; grandchildren Ryan, Darryl, Brandy, Christopher, Peyton, Kathy, Gregory, Andrew; Lora and Keira. He is also survived by his sister Pearl Dean. He was preceded in death by his parents Grant and Treasie Noah and his daughter Joni Lynn.
The family invites everyone to a memorial service for Kenneth at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 9, 2013, at Riviera United Church of Christ, 451 Riviera Drive N.E., Palm Bay, Florida.
Flowers and remembrances may be sent to Riviera United Church of Christ. Flowers will be donated to local nursing homes following the service, or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church.
The Life Event Center at Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 South U.S. Highway 1, Rockledge, Florida (321) 636-8943, is entrusted with arrangements.
