He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy, their four children, Richard (Helen) Tozer, Linda (Don) Myers, Joseph (Alice) Buist, and Michael (Cyndee) Frank. He had twenty grandchildren with spouses, and seventeen great-grandchildren. He has one surviving uncle, John (Ginny) Frank of El Paso, Texas.
He proudly served eight years in the U.S. Air Force. He was also a life-time member in the Masons and served as Worshipful Master at the League City, Texas Lodge #1053.
He was a member of the League City, Texas United Methodist Church and the Grace United Methodist Church of Merritt Island, Florida.
A Memorial Service will be held at Grace United Methodist Church on Merritt Island on Saturday, August 13, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Grace United Methodist Church.
