John operated his own transportation brokerage business for many years, he retired and moved to Brevard County from Connecticut in 2001.
He is survived by his life partner Nicole Capozzo and many nieces and nephews from Long Island, NY; Donna Murillo, Kristine Murillo, Ashley and Haley Kumpa, John Kumpa, Gary Kumpa, Kevin Kumpa, Michael Murillo, Gary Kumpa, Jr. and Tony Kumpa.
There will be a celebration of his life held from 2-4pm on Saturday, October 21, at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL..
