Born in Panama City, FL, Joe moved to Rockledge, FL in 1981. He retired from Real Estate at Space Coast, and he also was an electrician for the Space Center for two years.
He loved spending time with family and friends and he loved his dog, Tinker, very much.
Surviving is his wife of 35 years, Joie Fountain; four sons, Harold, David, Joe and Mark; one daughter, Robyn; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; and one brother, Edwin Fountain. His son, Roger, and a daughter, Karen preceded him in death.
He will be missed by all.
A Celebration of Life service will be Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 11:00am in the Pool House at 1515 Huntington Lane in Rockledge, FL.
