Heather Lynn Peroutka, 36, passed away Monday, March 2, 2020 at Swedish American Hospital with her loving family by her side. Heather was born on October 3, 1983 in St. Louis, MO; daughter of Tim and Kathy (Jackson) Peroutka. Heather was of the Catholic faith and worked as a Sales Clerk for department stores. Heather enjoyed going out with her friends and on-line shopping. Heather’s greatest love was spending time with her daughter Isabella, singing, dancing and always making sure she was taken care of. Heather was a very kind person and had a “heart of gold”
Heather is survived by her daughter Isabella; mother Kathy Peroutka; father Tim Peroutka; brother Donnie Raybrook; twin niece and nephew Brittany and Blake Raybrook, nephew Brandon Raybrook; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Heather was preceded in death by her nephew Cory Raybrook
Service to celebrate Heather’s life will be 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Advantage Funeral Home 7000 West State Street in Rockford; visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Willwood Cemetery.
