Susan is survived by her beloved husband, and best friend, Torrence (Tory) Creech, her two loving children, Brian Devlin (Kelli) Devlin and Colleen Devlin, her siblings Sr. Barbara Kennedy, OSM, Michael Kennedy and David Kennedy, her brother Robert Kennedy who preceded her in death. She was a loving and devoted grandmother to Molly and Thomas Devlin. Susan found ongoing comfort and support through her extended family, Cheryl Kennedy and Amy Drehmer.
Susan was deeply loved by her nieces and nephews, Kim Kennedy, Rob Kennedy (deceased), Erika Dawson, Dan Kennedy, Katy Kennedy, Colleen Sanfilippo and numerous great-nieces and nephews, cousins and faithful friends of so many years.
Thirteen years ago, Susan received the gift of life because of a heart transplant. Loving became an even firmer foundation for the remainder of her life. She welcomed all into her heart and home, usually with a bowl of popcorn and ice cold beverage. Her humor and personality lit up the room. Susan would encourage each of us to go and do likewise.
