Patricia Ann Dyki

Patty was born to Walter and Julia Dekowski in Hamtramck, Michigan, on April 24, 1941. Patty attended St. Ladislaus High School and graduated in 1959. Following high school, she attended Providence Nursing School, where she graduated from in 1962, and become a registered nurse. Patty met the love of her life, Thomas, or as she affectionately called him, "Tommy" when they were both juniors in high school; he was the football, baseball, basketball player, and she was the cheerleader. The two went on to marry on November 24, 1962, and spent 63 amazing years together.

Patty loved to spend time with her friends, go shopping with the girls. Above all else, Patty was always there for her family and would do anything for them. She was the ultimate mamma bear, and nothing ever got in the way of family.

Patty is survived by her husband Tom, their two children; Deborah (Michael) White, and Michael (Laura) Dyki, grandchildren; Jacob (Savannah) White, Jenna White (Jeremy Miller), Micheal Dyki, Elizabeth Dyki, and Matthew Dyki, and her great grandson, Grayson Miller.

Patty is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Julia Dekowski, and sister Carol Furman.

A funeral instate for Patricia will be held Monday, April 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Irenaeus Catholic Church, 771 Old Perch Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family askes donations in Patty's name be made to the Michigan Humane Society.
