George G. Malik, 60, was called to his eternal rest on January 17, 2024. A native of Robstown, he was born on July 27, 1963. George was a proud father and grandpa. He was known for his kind and gentle nature and his understanding and patient demeanor. George was a loving father, grandpa, son, brother, uncle and friend.
In his educational journey, George attended Robstown High School. After completing his education he worked as a farmer, a heavy equipment hauler and as a truck driver. George enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching Nascar. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and parishioner of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion as a father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. Mourning his departure yet celebrating his memory are his surviving loved ones. His daughter Kayla alongside her fiancé Michael. His beloved grandchildren, Lacey and Atreyu; his mother, Mary Ann Malik; his sister, Natalie Fuqua with her children Miranda and Eric and his brother, Freddy Malik with his wife Melba. He is preceded in death by his father, George Jerome Malik and brother in law Tobey Fuqua. George leaves behind a host of friends and extended family who also feel the absence of his gentle presence in their lives and remember him fondly.
