The family of Teri Ann Kohut Webb is saddened to announce her passing on November 28, 2021 at the age of 48 years after a long bout of illness.
Teri was born on April 24, 1973, to Ronald and Janet Wayland Kohut in Richfield, Utah. She joined an older sister, Tracy and then was quickly followed by another sister, Tiffany. Teri had an adventurous childhood with her family and neighborhood friends. From an early age, Teri dealt with serious health issues with her kidneys and throughout her life, she had four kidney transplants. Teri did not see her health problems as a roadblock, but as a challenge to fight harder. She had a hidden strength and never complained about what she was going through.
Teri met the love of her life David Lafe Webb through mutual friends, they hit it off quickly and they were married shortly after. David and Teri were rarely parted and traveled to many places together, but their favorite was just packing up and going camping anywhere in the mountains. David was her companion and best friend in every part of her life and there was no one that Teri would rather spend time with. He stood by Teri during every sickness and affliction that befell her and was with her until the very end.
Although Teri never had any children of her own, she was the best Aunt to all the kids on both sides of the family, and they will forever be blessed to have her.
Teri also found another family in her 28 years at Edwards Lifesciences. Her co-workers became another extension of her siblings, and they felt the same way. When Teri recently left Edwards and started work at Biomerics, several of her co-workers joined her.
Teri is known for her humor and her ability to make people feel good about themselves.
Teri did remarkable things for people with quiet dignity, whether it was handing out kindness bags to strangers, adopting a family for the holidays, or the many gifts that she created for her family and friends. She lived life with adventure in her mind and to its fullest, her presence will be truly missed in all the lives that she touched.
Teri is survived by her husband David, Grantsville; parents: DeeLynn & Janet Fautin, Marysvale and Bonnie Webb, Magna; siblings: Tracy (Cullen) Balch, Richfield, Tiffany (Dylan) Kohut/Quarnberg West Valley, Tonya (Bri) Leavitt, Diamond Valley, JoDee (Rachelle) Fautin, Richfield, Cory (Heather) Fautin, Wade (Kristi) Fautin, Marysvale, Nyle (Kristi) Webb, Heber, James (Christine) Webb, Grantsville, Bryan (Julia) Webb, Magna and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
