RUDY MORALES Passed away January 1, 2011. He was born in New York City on October 11, 1926. He lived most of his early years in Miami, FL, and graduated from the University of Miami in 1950. He lived in Texas for 3 years where he met his future wife, Mary Lou. They were married on June 6, 1954. They lived in Colorado for 3 years, moved to California in 1957, and to Riverside in 1958. He taught for 37 years, 32 of those in the Riverside Unified School District. He was active in the community and served on several boards and commissions. He also had many hobbies and interests including weight lifting, hunting, fishing, white water rafting, hiking the Grand Canyon, and was a member of the Big Horn Mountain Men Black Powder Club. Rudy is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Morales, his daughter, Jeane Trevino, his son in law, Pete Trevino, and two grandchildren, Lauren and Garrett Trevino. He is also survived by his sister, Gloria Hetzel, of Hollywood, FL, his brother Henry Morales, of Springfield, OR, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation at Acheson & Graham Mortuary on Tuesday, 1/11/2011 from 4-8 PM with a Rosary at 6:30 PM. Mass at St. Thomas on Wednesday, 1/12/2011 at 10:00 AM.
