My deepest sympathy and condolences to the Mojica Family, my compa, nephews and niece for the loss of my sister Cuca. I have many memories and great moments with you. I always find myself thinking back to the good ol’ days of us as young teenagers, when we had to take two buses from City Terrace to Hollenback Jr. High. Then having to walk in the heat, dense fog, and in the winter rain to high school, dreaming of the days we’d finally get a car. You never complained, always accepted our struggles with a smile. I felt proud as an older brother to look after you and Lily driving us around in my old clanker to neighborhood parties and the Alehandria Hotel dance halls, siempre te veias feliz bailando. I am grateful to have had such an amazing sister to grow up with and watch you grow your own family. I miss you. I will keep you in my heart and mind forever dear sister. May you rest in peace. Nuestro más sentido pésame para mis primos y tío, tenemos muy bonitos recuerdos de mi tia, en lo personal en mi infancia siempre recuerdo que venían a tijuana a quedarse unos días,  íbamos a comer, en otras ocasiones nosotros íbamos de visita a corona con mi tía, recuerdo los primeros libros de historias bíblicas que me dio,  que aún conservo,  a mi madre Lupita como solo ella y mi abuelo Joaquin le decían, siempre le mandaba cartas,y revistas ,siempre hablaba para preguntar como estaban,siempre preguntando por todos nosotros , la vamos a extrañar mucho su tierna voz ,pero siempre la tendremos en nuestra mente y corazón,  familia Padilla 🥰

In this sorrowful time, we would like to extend to our heartfelt condolences to the family . May our Lord comfort you all . My Tia cuca was a beautiful soul, full of love and faith, ascended to heaven, away from us, but closer to God going to miss you Tia love Pelon , ! I was honored to have known Tia cuca I Kristine am married to her nephew Pelon .,   A beautiful memory I will cherish was when our son Rudy was 1 month old he was sick ,crying and very fussy so my mother in law maria  took him to her home where she laid him down massaged his lil body, gave him some olive oil , massaged his stomach  and wrapped him tight , and talked and sang to him and rocked him to sleep , with her gentle touch , It was so astonishing to see how much love she had for him  , A week later he felt better and no more stomach issues ,  she always invited us all to her home where she always made our family always feel very welcomed throughout the years with her beautiful quiet patient voice … We are deeply pained and words are of no help in expressing the sorrow we feel at this moment for her husband,  kids , grandchildren, sisters , brothers and family …. 
May her soul rest in peace, I believe that God  was waiting with open arms for all the good she has done while she was on this earth.  We love you and forever in our hearts ! Love your nephew Pelon , Kristine, lil rudy , Alexis , joey … until we meet again god bless you 

Memories of the older Renteria children. 

My deepest condolences and prayers to my brother-in-law Jesus, nephews Danny, Jaime, and niece Yolanda. Words cannot express how I feel losing my eldest sister Cuca. I will miss hearing her kind and soft voice and weekly calls to check up on me. 
Many family chapters were written from the times she hosted family gatherings and dinners at her home. Whenever she came over to my house to go out for dinner, her favorite place to eat was the Olive Garden, for soup, salad, and breadsticks, followed by a shopping spree at TJ Max. She would love to stop by Marie Callender’s after to pick up a lemon meringue pie for dessert. 
My heart fills with many memories of you too long to write and will never be forgotten. Thank you, sister, for all your advice and prayers over the years. I will treasure the memories, love, and kindness you shared with me and my family. May you forever rest in peace. 


My condolences to Jesus, Danny, Jaime and Yolanda. My beloved sister Cuca I am grateful that you raised me when I was a young child. You guided me through my life as a teenager until I got married. You were more than my sister, and a deep friend, you would always gave me advice in my marriage and spiritually. When I got the Corona  virus you would call me 3 times day and we would read the Bible together. You would drive far to bring me food until I got better.  Everytime you would visit Me you would bring  me a red rose. I will miss you very deeply in my heart and I know one day I will see you agian in the resurrection with our dad and mom. This was the last time you visit me in my house before you got sick. I will treasure this picture forever in my heart. Always love you, your chaparrita Maria Lourdes Cordero

I love you so much Tia Cuca 💛  I remember how we would all come together at your house the whole Renteria Family and I want to say I'm very thankful how you brought all of us together. I also remember you would always come up here to get your massages done and we would always go out to eat  you would also bring our cousin Chris and everytime he came we would eat ice cream. I also loved how you would tell me some pieces of the beautiful life you lived especially how you had to wake up early in the morning to make handmade tortillas for Papi Quin and my grandma the gordita, how she would only eat them all but never make them. I'll always love you and how you always reminded me how to be better and trust in God.

I remember Maria as a wonderful Mother, a very caring, loving, generous person....she was a woman devoted to her Family, friends and faith...
    My sincere condolences to her family at this time...prayers and love sent...

Tia, I will miss your talks with me and always giving me a bible verses to follow when I was Iost. Thank for always being accepting of me and loving. You always showed you cared for me , my girls and everybody. I have many memories of you, when I had my 1st girl you came and help my mom wrapped me and gave me instructions on how to massage my tummy and take care of my baby. Even when I was in the hospital you  visited me and lifted me up with your kind words. There are so many more memories.You were always there for me and will always hold a special place  in my heart. May you rest in peace I love you very much.
