Sam was born on March 11, 2003, in Madison, Mississippi. He brought so much love, humor, and kindness into our lives. He will forever be remembered for his generous heart, gentle spirit, and beaming smile.
Sam graduated from St. Joseph Catholic High School in 2021. He actively participated in high school sports and played baseball, football, and golf. Sam loved any and all sports––playing, watching, and talking about them. He seldom missed a single Mississippi State game. Sam was a great teammate, role model, and friend to everyone who knew him.
After high school, Sam attended Mississippi State University, where he was a senior majoring in business management. He loved comedy and had the richest sense of humor. He was always the funniest one in the room and the life of every party. He made everyone feel loved, seen, and welcomed. He was overwhelmingly accepting and never judged anyone.
Sam also gave the best hugs and had the warmest heart. He adored his family and kept in touch with each of them. His favorite holidays were Thanksgiving and Christmas because they reunited everyone. He loved his parents and always expressed his gratitude for everything they did. He never asked for anything and was easily content. He aspired to be just like his dad. He called his mom an angel and made sure she felt loved and appreciated. And of course he adored his three brothers. He always wanted everyone together. Now, he is our angel.
Sam is survived by his loving parents Paige and Frank Harrison, as well as his three brothers Will, Chris, and Russ Harrison.
A visitation for Sam will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Parkway Funeral Home & Parkway Memorial Cemetery, 1161 Highland Colony Pkwy, Ridgeland, Mississippi 39157, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM.
