Kathleen Corley Mason, 84 died Thursday April 4, 2013 at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday April 8, 2013 from the Chapel of Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Ridgeland. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am and internment will follow the service in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
Born in Carroll County, Kathleen graduated from Pascagoula High School and Bowling Green Business College in Bowling Green, KY. She was member of First Baptist Church Jackson, Ralph Humphrey’s D.A.R.; Historian for Vance Family Association of USA and a honorary life member. An avid genealogist, she enjoyed overseas travel and she was member of the Knife and Fork Club. She retired as a Finance Secretary from Ridgecrest Baptist Church and Trustmark National Bank. She was preceded in death by her parents James Lee Corley and Edna Vance Corley and her husband Herman Milton Mason.
Survivors include her twin children Kathy Mason of Jackson, Gary Mason of Cockeysville, MD and Grandson Jonathan Mason of Durham, NC.
