Frank married the love of his life Jean Wise in Oxford, England while serving his county with the U.S. Air Force. He would transfer into the Air Force Reserves and joined the Civil Service side, go on serving 41 years until his retirement in 1998.
Frank is survived by his wife, Jean Pender; his sons John Pender (Sherry) of Jackson, MS, George Pender (Sylvia) of Madison, MS, and Richard Pender (Karen) of Brandon, MS; brother Ronnie Pender; sister Jean P Jewell of Brandon, MS; and three grandchildren.
Frank was preceded in death by his daughter Jane Pender, his father George Pender, and his mother Annie Tullos Pender.
A graveside service for Frank will be held Monday, April 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Parkway Memorial Cemetery, 1161 Highland Colony Pkwy, Ridgeland, Mississippi 39157.
