William "Billy" Morris Carter

William "Billy" Morris Carter, age 49, of Henrico, Virginia passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021. William was born May 12, 1972 to Willie and Patricia Carter. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie L. Carter, Jr.; his grandparents, Edwin and Opal Morris, Willie Lee Carter, Sr. and Lure Elna Thompson Carter; niece, Eva "Poochy" Noelle and devoted friend, Carey New. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Patricia Carter; brother, Patrick Carter and his wife, Maria; aunts, Barbara Rouse and Linda Wilson and her husband, Rodney; nephews, Willie, Edwin and Seth and a host of cousins with one devoted, Dawn Yeats, bowling family and friends. Other Devoted friends include, Lonnie Gilstrap, Eric Parker, Bryan Smith (Lynette), Andrew Sill, Warren Camp, Shannon Wakefield (Monica) and godchildren, Colin Wakefield, Carter Wakefield, and Rebecca Wakefield. Billy was an avid bowler and loved to spend time with his bowling family. The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Woody Funeral Home-Parham, 1771 N.
