GAMBILL, Jean Edna Mears, 93, of Ruckersville, Va., formerly of Richmond, passed away July 19, 2015. She was Henrico Christmas Mother in 1974. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter R. Gambill; and her son, Kenny. She is survived by her children, Ray (Sue), Steven (Gayle) and Donna; her nine grandchildren, Luke (Tina), Erica (David), Shawn (Jennifer), Tye (Thedra), Jake (Dani), Abigail, Greg (Emily), James (Jude) and Trey.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at the Parham Chapel-Woody Funeral Home, 1771 North Parham Rd., Richmond, Va. 23229, from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Christ Ascension Church, 1704 West Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23227.
