Betty Foster Rock

ROCK, Betty Foster, 67, of Varina, passed away September 4, 2016. She retired from E.I. Dupont and was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. Betty enjoyed camping, fishing, and gardening, and was a member of the Varina Junior Woman’s Club. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Charlotte Foster; and her beloved husband of 46 years, Ronald Rock. She is survived by her daughter, Robin Michelle Rock; cousin, Carol Wignall, and her son Joshua; and a number of other cousins. Visitation will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home on Laburnum Ave. on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Services will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10 am with interment to follow at Washington Memorial Park. Online condolences may be left at www.nelsenrichmond.com.
