 Obituario de Angela Jones Mack
Sunset November 1, 2022 Obituary Angela Jones Mack went to be with the lord on November 1, 2022, where she was greeted by her husband Darho Mack, her son Aaron Mack, her father Earnest Jones, mother Evelyn Jones, brother Orlando Jones, brother Keith Jones and sister Joyce Jones. Angela sometimes called “Angie” other times called “Angel” and to the grandkids “Meemo”, was a cheerleader, played softball at Ladysmith High school and attended college at Virginia State University. Angela was an English major and loved politics. She used to love to watch the presidential debates and CNN. Angela worked at the Employment Commission, Airport, YMCA, Post Office, MCV, and Anthem. Angela was a consistent member of the PTA when her children were in grade school and loved to chaperone field trips. Her faith in God was so strong. Angela was a youth usher at Jericho Baptist Church and a current member of Saint Paul’s Baptist Church. Angela loved to attend church services to bring in the new year with a fresh start. Angela loved her grandchildren; I mean LOVED her grandchildren. She has traveled with them to Mexico, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando (Disney), Massanutten, Myrtle Beach, and to visit her brother in Illinois. Angela always made Christmas magical. Angela loved to cook. Her favorite dishes were corn pudding, macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, and smothered pork chops. She was also known for her potato salad. Angie was a jokester, who loved to laugh and loved to love. She would want you to remember her during happy moments and be at peace. No tears. No mourning. Just smiles, laughs, and memories of good times. Angela leaves to forever remember and cherish her legacy, her son Adrian Mack, daughter Jessica Thompson, two grandchildren (Aaryn and Cali), one brother Ernest (Donna) Jones, one sister Sandra Elam, one brother in law Eric Mack (Valarie), two sister in laws Velma Jones and Frances Jones, a devoted best friend/cousin Joyce Belvin, good friends Ricki James, Delores Brown, Shelva Claiborne Clark (Figgy), and Ruby Bailey (Doodie), as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Your Mother Is Always With You By Deborah Culver She’s the whisper of the leaves as you walk down the street. She’s the smell of certain foods you remember, flowers you pick, the fragrance of life itself. She’s the cool hand on your brow when you’re not feeling well. She’s your breath in the air on a cold winters’ day. She is the sound of the rain that lulls you to sleep, the colors of a rainbow. She is Christmas morning. Your mother lives inside your laughter. She’s the place you come from, your first home. She’s the map you follow with every step you take. She’s your first love, your first friend, even your first enemy. But nothing on Earth can separate you. Not time. Not space. Not even death.
