When I was in 6th grade Owen was in 7th grade and we both shared a class which was physical education in 5th period.Although we only had minor conversations from now and there one moment stood out to me the most from that class.That was when I had my older brother who was chasing me and I couldn’t outsmart him so I yelled across the gym for help and Owen who must’ve heard me came across the room to block him from messing with me and it was just a fun moment. Man do I miss these interactions.

Owen was the most wholehearted person Ive ever known, he was a kind soul. I miss you dearly friend. It feels like it was just yesterday we were having silly string fights at your birthday party. I hope your resting easy bud, I love you. 

I never had the pleasure to meet owen. Although I wish I did. He sounds like an incredible individual. Owen is incredibly loved. And I hope he can feel it wherever he is.  He left this earth far too soon. Rest in peace hun you are forever missed.

I've moved away now, so I can't visit your grave every month, but I will never forget you O. I remember all the times we hung out in the computer room... I'll always treasure the advice you gave me the last time I saw you. It's been over a year now, and I still think about you every day. It's in the simple things, I eat the things you loved, I surround myself with green... you were such an amazing soul.

My precious Owen - you were my heart, from the first time I saw you, about an hour old, to the last time we spoke - only hours before you got your angel wings. 

I am so grateful for every moment we had together; my little Superman in his cape, my little puppeteer with the brown paper sack puppet, my little swimmer splashing and laughing at the water park, my traveling buddy who sparkled and said, "You know," whenever it was time to choose where we'd eat.....I miss you so.

I will see you again, and until that time comes, you will sparkle and shine in my heart. Love you forever, my Little Bear.

Mommy's little juggernaut, I miss more more than words can express. Almost a year, and it doesn't hurt any less. My world is so much darker, uglier without you. I love you so much

It's been a while but it still hurts. You were one of my best friends- me and you and Chloe were like the Three Musketeers- and it feels so wrong that I'm even writing this. It's unreal and awful that you're gone when you were so brilliant and hilarious and always knew exactly what to say to cheer us up. We'll never ever forget you, man.

I miss you and I hope you're at peace, wherever you are. You're my best friend and it's dreadful to think you're really gone. You were the bestest friend i could ever ask for- and even though we were only friends for a few months, I still appreciated our friendship. You were one of a kind, a special and lovable dude. You were really the kind of guy I could go to when I'm feeling down, and you always know how to cheer me up. May it be with funny memes, or just advice or sympathy. I miss you so much. Owen was such a special kid.  He's one of those you think about often during the summer and look forward to seeing again when the school year starts back.  It just won't be the same without him.  Saying prayers for peace and comfort to all who are hurting from the loss of this unique, bright, lovable young man.

My heart is broken.  Owen never missed a day giving me a hug at school.  He would often call me Grandma because I reminded him of his grandmother,  and he knew I have 2 grandchildren.  I was honored.  You will always be in my thoughts and prayers, sweet Owen.  I am praying for strength and peace for your family and friends.

I share our family's deepest condolences in Owen's passing.  As difficult as this is to deal with, my hope is that his family and friends, all those who cared about him and this community, anyone who mourns, will be comforted.
