Dallas Wayne Scott

Dallas Wayne Scott, 79, of Richardson, Texas, passed away on October 21, 2024. He was born in Dallas, Texas where he graduated from Bryan Adams High School. He went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Air Force, then was later awarded an Honorary Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University as a result of his contributions working alongside TI Mechanical Engineers.

He married the love of his life, Susan Adell Scott, on November 10, 2001 and together they built a beautiful life together.

Dallas had a career in Auto Body Work and Insurance Adjusting for Crawford & Co., as well as several other Auto Repair Shops. His faith was an important part of his life; he loved going to church and was a proud member of New Hope Christian Fellowship in Plano, Texas. Dallas had a passion for building motors, auto body works, gardening, and working on his Uncle's ranch.

He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Adell Scott; children, Patrick Scott and Katherine Scott; and granddaughter, Aria Scott. He will be dearly missed.

For anyone wishing to attend services for Dallas, a Military Honors Ceremony will be held Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, located at 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211.

A Memorial Service will occur Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM at New Hope Christian Fellowship, located at 2600 K Ave Ste 251, Plano, TX 75074.
