ANNA CALDWELL BORN JUNE 2, 1933 TO ANTON AND CLARA SUCHANEK IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY AND GREW UP IN THE AUBURN, MAPLE VALLEY AREA. IN 1951 SHE MARRIED GEORGE CARLMAS AND THEY HAD FOUR CHILDREN A SON DENNIS, AND THREE DAUGHTERS, TERRY, DEBBIE AND ROXIE. ANNA AND HER FAMILY ENJOYED SALMON FISHING AND SPENDING TIME WITH FRIENDS.
DURING THIS TIME ANNA WORKED AT SAFEWAY. WHERE SHE WAS A CLERK AND MANAGER UNTIL RETIREMENT.
AFTER TWENTY EIGHT YEARS OF MARRIAGE ANNA’S HUSBAND SADLEY PASSED AWAY. ANNA CONTINUED TO WORK AND RAISED HER CHILDREN.
SEVERAL YEARS LATER ANNA WAS INTRODUCED BY FRIENDS TO ROBERT CALDWELL WHO SHE MARRIED IN 1981. THEY ENJOYED DANCING, PLAYING CARDS AND HOSTING PARTIES WITH HER FRIENDS. ANNA’S FAVORITE PLACE TO LIVE WAS ARIZONA WERE SHE TOOK UP GOLF AND SWIMMING.
ANNA’S FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR WAS THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. THIS WAS A TIME TO BE WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALL ENJOYING THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS.
AFTER RETIREMENT AND TRAVELING THE U.S. THEY SETTLED IN MOSES LAKE TO BE NEAR FAMILY.
ANNA IS SURVIVED BY HER HUSBAND ROBERT, HER SON DENNIS CARLMAS AND HER THREE DAUGHTERS, TERRY HAYS, DEBORA CARLMAS, ROXIE CARLMAS, MICHAEL AND MARGE CALDWELL, SEVEN GRANDCHILDREN AND SIX GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
