Melva K. Fraley, age 96 of Redding, California passed away on December 3, 2024. Melva was born on May 24, 1928 in Susanville, California to parents Melvin and Emma Keller. Melva is survived by her son Cecil Minnis and daughter in law Sharon Minnis of Redding, California, Daughter in Law, Janie Minnis, Grand children, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Cecil Fraley.
Graveside service will be held on January 3, 2025 at 10am with a reception following at Community of Christ 19956 Alexander Ave, Anderson, CA 96007.
