Our condolences to the family. Robin was such a confident, caring soul. We knew each other from growing up on the 200 block of South 4th st.  The Dorsey’s in general were kind and loving .

Aunt Robin was so happy to have met her great nieces Maleah & Malyannah!  She would always ask how we are doing and check in on us… she truly had a heart of gold and always so positive! Truly grateful to have her apart of our lives! We love and miss you

I knew Robin as a child from the Alley on the Southside.  Her inspirational words often shared online was evidence of the faith she grew to know.  May the good Lord surround those she leaves behind with comfort, peace, joy and cherished memories.

It saddened me so to hear of Robin's passing.  Her kindness and love bought sunshine into many lives.  I will miss her good morning  words of wisdom as well as her beautiful paintings.  Her family has my deepest condolences.

This truly hurts, Robin and I went to school together and shared a first name.   I was looking forward to having lunch or dinner with her before the end of this summer.  Robin you will be missed but forever in my heart.

As sad as it makes me to write this, I feel extremely blessed to have had the  pleasure of meeting and becoming close to this amazing woman I call Nana. 
Her unwavering faith, love for God and devotion to her family made her a beautiful soul here on Earth and beyond. Her family meant the world to her, especially her grandkids.  I've had the pleasure of teaching three of them over the last three years, and they are the most respectful, smart and caring children I have ever taught. You can tell she instilled her faith, wisdom and values into them.
During Covid,  Nana took on the task of mastering the virtual learning environment for her grandkids.  If you knew her, you would know that she was not very savvy in the area of computers. In a year's time she learned how to juggle THREE kid's online learning, including multiple, daily Google Meets, breakout rooms, new websites, many different virtual platforms, daily learning assignments including art, music, library and gym and submitting and downloading them along with pictures.  These kids NEVER missed a class or assignment.  This shows her dedication and love for them and their education.
The world was a better place with her in it.
Nana was the salt of the Earth kind of person, and Heaven has truly gained an amazing angel.
My prayers and love are with you all.❤


ROBIN a sweet friend for so long , memories of our great childhood will linger on. GOD has given you his true infinite PEACE  and granted you your sweet release ! Rest in GOD'S beautiful paradise !.
