Regina Elizabeth Habblett, 81, passed away peacefully at home on July 1, 2024. Jeanne (Regina) is survived by her loving husband, James Habblett, 82, with whom she shared 61 years and 2 days of marriage. Jeanne is loved and missed by her children; Jeffrey Habblett (Suellen), Jackie Warner (Mark), Jeanne (Gigi) Blum (Bob) and John W. Habblett (Monique). Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she was a mother and grandmother to many more people than just her own children.
Born in Kingston, PA, on June 18, 1943, she was a daughter to the late Joseph Lynch and Elizabeth (Ward) Lynch. Jeanne graduated from Forty Fort High School and worked numerous full-time jobs as she raised her four children. Her final place of employment upon enjoying retirement was as an Accountant for Blue Marsh Pines; which she enjoyed.
Jeanne had true friends that she loves so much, but her greatest joy came from her many grandchildren, whom she adored deeply. Known for her selflessness, she consistently put the needs of others before her own. She had a passion for true crime movies, crocheting, and staying connected with loved ones on Facebook. She treasured her special trips, especially to Ireland and always shared her beautiful stories.
Jeanne's spirit will also be carried on by her grandchildren Madison Blum, Abigail Warner, Adam Warner, Jessica Warner, Tyler Habblett, Rachel Habblett and many more; you know who you are. She also leaves behind her four siblings Mary Alice Nice, Ned Lynch, Kathy Washko and Suzanne Ziller to cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her three brothers John Lynch, Michael Lynch and Joey Lynch.
A graveside service for Jeanne will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Berks County Memorial Gardens, 201 Evansville Rd., Fleetwood, PA 19522.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jeanne's memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN; honoring her love and well-being of children.
