Ada Elizabeth Harris

Ada Elizabeth (Moser) Harris, 92, of Shillington, passed way peacefully in Mifflin Center, Shillington surrounded by family on Friday, January 4, 2019. She was the loving wife of the late Robert H. Harris, Sr.

Born in Reading on June 15, 1926, Ada was a daughter of the late Curtis and Mary (Trimble) Moser. She was a life member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church and enjoyed traveling with her husband.

Surviving are three children: Edward A. Harris and his partner, Cornelio "Nel" Ancheta of San Francisco, CA, Robert H. Harris, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth of Mohnton and Diane L. (Harris) Hottel and her husband, David of Oley; four grandchildren: Amie L. (Harris) Chafin and her husband, Matthew of Sinking Spring, Zachary R. Harris of Randolph, MA, Desiree L. (Hottel) Siatkowski and her husband, Michael of Fleetwood and Deanne L. (Hottel) Johnson and her husband Andrew of Ontelaunee Twp. and five great grandchildren.

Ada is predeceased by her parents, seven brothers and three sisters.

Services for Ada will be Friday, January 11, 2019 at 12pm in Auman's Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Viewings will be on Thursday from 6 to 8pm and Friday from 11 to 12pm in the funeral home,. Ada will be laid to rest in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reading.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Ada to her home church at Grace Bible Fellowship Church, 1128 Hampden Blvd., Reading, PA 19604.
