Stanley F. Wojciechowski

Surviving Stanley is his spouse of 25 years, Charlotte Jermy, daughter Sandra Sposet, daughter-in-law Kathy Wojciechowski and granddaughters; Sarah Wojciechowski, Katie Wojciechowski and Genna Sposet. Stanley also leaves his siblings: Betty (Chuckie) Simeone, Alliance, Oh, Patricia Hindsman, New Castle, Pa, Richard (Marion) Andrews, New Castle, Pa, Carol (William) Hudspath, Tidioute, Pa and many nieces, nephews and close friends who will greatly miss him.

He was preceded in death by his parents Felix and Bertha Wojciechowski, son Stanley Wojciechowski, Jr, his brother James Wojciechowski and granddaughter Selena Sposet.

Stan worked for East Mfg. of Randolph for 40 years. During that time he worked in every aspect of the company but his special joy was setting up and working the many trade shows throughout the United States to promote East Trailers. He took great pride that each show was perfect. His other love and passion was the Portage County Randolph Fair where he was a Senior Fair Board Director for 30 years. During those years, he served as Vice President, Merchant Superintendent, Entertainment Committee member and Concession Superintendent. He was very proud of his accomplishments at the fair and proud of what the fair meant to the community. Stan loved NASCAR racing, Sprint racing and horseracing, especially the Kentucky Derby!

He was a member of the Atwater United Methodist Church and enjoyed joining in the activities there with the members.

Celebration of Life will be held OUTSIDE at the Portage County Fairgrounds on Saturday, October 17, 2020. There will be a Drive-By memorial from 10:00am to 12:00pm followed by the memorial service and celebration of life at noon. Please bring your own chair for this service.

A special “thank you” to Dr. Hughes and the entire staff at UH Portage for taking care of him for us during his last week. You are greatly appreciated.
