Charles R. Western, age 70 of Randolph, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017.
He was born December 1, 1946, in Ravenna, Ohio, to parents C.R. and Gladys (Brunner) Western. Charles was affectionately known as Charlie to his family and friends. He enjoyed dancing and loved music, especially Elvis Presley. Charlie also enjoyed bowling and eating out at restaurants.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law Steve Sobat. He is survived by his sister Anita Sobat of Marlboro Township, as well as many loving cousins, and dear friends from Paths to Independence.
Charles’ wishes for cremation are being honored and his final resting place will be beside his parents at Hillside Cemetery in Randolph. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to your favorite charity in Charlie’s memory.
