Frances Petree Teel, 86, of Raleigh, died February 27, 2012.
She was born September 26, 1925, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Ralph Petree of Wilson, NC. She married James Gilbert Teel and moved to Raleigh in 1952. Mrs. Teel was employed by the State Department of Revenue for ten years, then with N.C. State University and then Carmike Theatre.
She is survived by a son, James Mark Teel and wife Cindi of Raleigh and grandsons Baylor and Hudson.
Arrangements by Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 1701 E. Millbrook Rd., Raleigh, 27609. Her family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held in Wilson, NC at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 3, 2012.
