Frances Moseley was beloved not only by her family, but by hundreds of people whose lives she touched with her services to community and her always open heart and home. She was the best of what it means to be called a Christian in the way she loved and cared for everyone. She constantly shared her abundant love and whatever she had with family, friends, and anyone who came to her in need. Frances loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was the truest of servants by the way she led her life. We celebrate that she is now in His loving presence after a wonderfully full and worthy life that has blessed so many. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. She was an active member of West Raleigh Presbyterian Church for over fifty years. She delivered “Meals on Wheels” until she was 87, and served as President and cook for the Fellowship Club for many decades.
The family extends a special thank you to the loving and devoted caretakers that served her so faithfully over the last six years. And her caring neighbors Betsy Hannah and Sarah Stone and her excellent physician Dr. James Parson.
