Mrs. Edna Lee Beasley, age 101, of Raleigh NC passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family and friends on July 18th, 2022. She was born on May 18th, 1921, in Duplin County NC. Mrs. Edna was the daughter of the late Harvey Kindle and Katie Jackson Lee. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She retired in 1983 from Nationwide Insurance Company with 28 years of dedicated service and was a long-time member of Longview Baptist Church in Raleigh NC.
Edna was a devoted and loving mother and wife of Mr. Roy H. Beasley for over 69 years. She always put her family and others before herself.
Edna is survived by her son Tony Craig Beasley of Raleigh NC and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for Edna will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7501 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612, followed by a visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
