Abby Michelle Everhart

Born February 9, 1990, Abby was the oldest child of Kenneth and Marilyn Wright Everhart’s three children. Her siblings are Kyle Wesley Everhart and the late Hunter Lee Everhart, who preceded her in death in June 2022. Abby also leaves behind her best friend, Sheka Williams. Sheka provided devotion and loving care for more than 11 years, always going above and beyond. Sheka will forever be a part of the Everhart family.

Always excited and happy, Abby loved puzzles, peeling crayons, her special baby dolls, her dog Bella, feeding carrots to her favorite horse, “Shooting Star,” and most of all, her Daddy and “beautiful” mother.

Abby’s grandparents are Diane Everhart of Salisbury and the late Howard Everhart, and Barbara Wright of Matthews and the late Richard Wright.

Abby’s aunts and uncles include Kim Lentz and Kelly (Carol) Everhart, all of Spencer; and Carolyn Wright Smith of Charlotte.

Her cousins include Meredith Williams of Spencer, Mary Katherine Smith of Charlotte, Nicholas Lentz of Richlands, Ethan Smith of Charlotte, Sarahanne Smith of Charlotte, Spencer Everhart of Charlotte, and Anna Everhart of Spencer.

The family is profoundly grateful for the huge number of friends in their community who have loved, supported and embraced Abby throughout her 34 years and played significant roles in giving Abby a joyous and abundant life.
